I forgot to update about the repairs that fixed my D70’s metering problems.

Best Buy called me about 8 days later to inform me that the D70 was repaired. That was pretty fast! They replaced a circuit, which - i think - handles the light measurments of the camera. It is again in fine working order. Best Buy handled this well…

… except for one tiny little thing: They misplaced my lens’ lens-cap. I notified Best Buy, but  i have not heard from them since about this issue.
